This policy covers scavault.com, referred to here as SCA Vault, "we" or "us". It explains what information we collect when you visit or buy from this site, and what we do with it.

This site itself does not collect or store any personal information. We do not run accounts, forms or logins here.

When you buy access, you do so on a third party platform which creates your account and processes your payment. That platform collects your email address, payment details and standard technical information such as browser type and IP address, under its own privacy terms. We do not see or store your card details at any point.

We do not ask for your name, your training grade, your deanery, your workplace, or any clinical information. Please do not include patient information in any message you send us.

Your email and password exist so you can log in and so we can confirm you have purchased access. Payment information exists to take payment and meet our tax and accounting obligations. Technical playback information exists to keep the video library working and to detect account sharing.

We use a website hosting provider and a third party platform that handles checkout, accounts and video delivery. Each processes data under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or pass it to anyone not required to deliver the product.

Account records are kept for as long as your access remains active, since access does not expire. Payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires. You may ask us to delete your account at any time, which removes your login and ends your access.

This site uses no cookies of its own. The platform where you buy and watch the content sets its own cookies under its own policy.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to receive a copy of it, or to object to how we use it. We will respond to any such request within one month.

Access to the video library requires a login with the platform that hosts it. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to keep your account and the content secure.

This site is intended for qualified medical professionals in postgraduate training. It is not intended for anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. The current version will always be on this page.
